Strategic planning is a regular component of an organization.  Annually, teams will begin reviewing the current plan and then dertermine if there have been signficant changes in the environment, driving forces, or business itself.  Planning in an recession econ0my demands rethinking assumptions and evaluating all assumptions.  This program defines the role of planning and planners, the current situation, and strategic issues facing organizational leaders and planning teams.

Change in the workplace, the home, or personal lives will stimulate growth — positive or negative.  This workshop is designed to provide staff a basic understanding of the change process and actionable strategies and tactics to create a positive experience from a change.

Brainstorming can be a positive venue to derive new ideas, build relationships, and create ownership.  Brainstorming can also be painful, perceived as a waste of time, or the downfall of a retreat.  There are effective ways to brainstorm and surpass your (and the groups) expectations.

Innovation is a process combining all the senses and a focus on creating an idea, program, product that meets and surpasses the wants and needs of a population or market segment.  This presentation offers a prelude to a broader session on innovation — we define innovation and offer an example of a journey from idea to program to hardwiring.
