Imagination.

We’ll begin with a spin, traveling in the world of my creation. What we’ll see will defy explanation. There is no life I know to compare with pure imagination. Living there, you’ll be free if you truly wish to be.”

There is no life I know to compare with pure imagination…

When I was a child, my father would make up the silliest of songs. There was a song for every time of day, every moment, every experience. There were also stories. Stories about the world around us, our family, and even us! We would travel and experience new places and new people…but they always were familiar because ultimately they became a part of the songs and stories.

My dreams have always been in color. Many of many dreams occur night after night. When eyes are closed and the world is quiet, my dreams become complete series or chatper books. Each night going back to something that happened the day before.

Bansky wrote, “I mean, they say you die twice. One time when you stop breathing and a second time, a bit later on, when somebody says your name for the last time.” I prefer to believe the second time is when there is no one left to tell your stories. Photos and words build stories. Stories build memories. Imagination enables the memories to last forever.

He had two brothers and…

  • The Cost of a Belief

The sharp pain resulting from “We need to recognize we are not Second Pres(byterian) down the street…. why would we call attention to ourselves?” is recognition of my strength and weakness.
